Working Intentionally is a structured 6-Month Meditation & Breathwork program that provides your team the accountability and guidance to feel the transformative impact that meditation can make at work.
Throughout the 6-Months, your team will have access to a range of meditative topics and workshops — leaving them with perspective shifts and applicable tools to experience a greater level of wellbeing at work.

60-minute standalone sessions incorporating educational presentation, team exercises and a guided meditation that provide your team with practical tools to improve their wellbeing at work.

To create a custom wellbeing program for your team, I work with you to hear your teams needs and support you in developing a holistic, personalized wellbeing program for your company.
You’ll have the opportunity to choose your cadence and from a range of wellbeing practices including: Guided Meditation, Breathwork, Workshop, Yoga and Sound Bath Sessions.
